I can't think of anything I needed more than this: two friends staying with Adam and me this weekend, two friends I feel totally and completely comfortable with. Jonathan was here and left around noon today, and RaeAnn is here until we leave for work tomorrow. We just made an incredible St. Patrick's Day dinner (nothing Irish about it except that we wore hats and tomorrow is the day), and now Adam is doing dishes and RaeAnn is making some kind of delicious dessert. I am.....making sure nothing bad happens to the office. Yeah. And I don't know what else to write except that I am brimming with love and gratefulness and I don't care how late I stay up tonight (we're going to paint and watch The Darjeeling Limited), because this week is short and I am happy and life should be spent with people you love, if you have the opportunity. "You can sleep when you're dead" is what Adam has been saying lately. :) That's probably weird, but hey ----- I'm happy. That's good.
