Babies are such a nice way to start people. (Don Herold)

I am watching Lewis sit in his bouncy chair, concentrating so hard on the Tigger dangling in front of him and trying to hit it. He's succeeding probably about 80% of the time now, and it's just adorable. He is just staring at it, trying to understand exactly how he has the power to move it, I think. And getting frustrated when he misses. He's wearing a dinosaur "romper" and looking quite handsome today, and crying intermittently because he's overly tired and probably hot since it's HOT today. I'm trying to get some flowers planted when I get a chance, yellow and orange tuberous begonias. I'll post pictures once the project's complete. A perfect early summer evening.

I remember very clearly the time that ACGS hit at a mobile that moved and she discovered cause and effect. She was so excited. Must have been about Christmas time 1979.

Oh, I love those flowers. I hope you were able to get them planted.

We should definitely Skype this weekend. Lewis is welcome! Text me, we'll set at time to both be at the computer.
