We Are Buying A House!

Adam and I just reached a final purchase agreement tonight with the seller!! Closing date is April 27th, and then it's ours! We are incredibly happy, scared, overwhelmed, excited....but most of all, just happy. This place has three bedrooms, a screened-in front porch, a fenced backyard, and gorgeous hardwood floors underneath the carpet. It's a very fine, solid house, and we are prepared to work hard for the improvements that are needed.
Yayyyy!!!!!!

I know this is weird, but my wife and I very nearly bought that same house twelve years ago. I no longer remember why we didn't, but I do remember we both thought it a very desirable property. It's a lovely place, and should be a fine home. Congratulations.

You're gonna be homeowners! So exciting. A first home is such a special thing. I still recall very fondly the house Jeff and I first bought. Though we have owned a few homes, that one still brings back very happy memories.
