Here's my most recent story:
Last week, one of the nights (which was every night) Adam and I did not make dinner, we decided to order from Pizza Hut. Now, for at least a week, we had been seeing that ad for the new pizza, the ad where the guy is really excited about the cheese-stuffed pizza and says "Jackpot!" a few times - ? I'm sure you've probably seen it. Finally we broke down, just had to have it, and I was the unfortunate one who had to call (sounded better to me that night than answering the door and paying). It was not, however, the better role to play, as it turns out. Forget that the whole phone call took like eight minutes because I was for some reason first connected to someone in a different state who was trying to help me get my pizza delivered in Bemidji, MN. Minor. The real trouble came when I got the Bemidji guy on the phone, and he asked me what I wanted.
"What would you like?"
"Um, I'll have a large pepperoni Jackpot please."
Pause.
"The what?"
"The Jackpot?"
Silence, then a throat clear.
"So.... you mean the Stuffed Crust Pan Pizza?"
And of course it was suddenly all very clear to me.
"Oh. Yeah."
And then, until the pizza arrived, I found a place that was not even remotely visible from the front door. :)

This this the marketer's fault, not yours :) Hope it was tasty. I love Pizza Hut.
Blame it on pregnancy brain... it's real! (And it gets worse!) :)
