I don't want to ruin the significance, but this quote was used in our Blue Cross Blue Shield pamphlet at work. I am trying to smile hard enough so I don't write the word CONFLICTING....:)
That is so true! I try and be that way all the time. I can see how it changes people's days for the better. Sometimes they think I'm a freak but that's OK, I'm used to that.
