Relaxation

It wasn't until my friend Laurie gave me shiatsu therapy that I realized just how beautiful the music of flutes is---. She had it playing as she worked, in her peaceful mint green room, and it was incredibly calming. Target (sorry; I hate advertising like that---) has a great line of CDs called Lifescapes, and one that I bought is called World Flutes. It really does help create a peaceful atmosphere, I think. So, if you are looking for something calming...!
