I'm Not That Great at Coming Up With Interesting Titles

Tonight I saw The Nanny Diaries with my mother-in-law and really enjoyed it. Adam and his brother went to Superbad at the same time, and they came out laughing and shaking their heads at the vulgarity... . Coming from them, it really must be very, very crude. :)

Our walls are now officially primed, textured, and partially painted. The wall with the sheetrock is "Provence Creme", and it looks gorgeous. The room is so much brighter~! Tomorrow the rest of the paint goes on, and I'm excited to see how the accent wall will look. The color is "Provence"--. Don't ask me why that name again, but it's a cornflower blue. I've never had an accent wall before, and I'm thinking it will be great. A living room! I'd almost forgotten one ever existed for me...! Not something I will take for granted again.

I am almost done with my House of Leaves book, and it would be great to finish it before school starts. I've been bad lately about reading, for some reason... My mind seems to be rebelling right now against anything that requires it to work... . This book, though--- It is like nothing I've read before. It's about this house that grows from the inside (I know that sounds weird, but it's hard to explain) and the book is really a piece of art. As people start getting lost in this house, and going crazy, the format of the writing changes. It is as if the book becomes the house, and the reader becomes a part of the whole experience. It's very cool.
