The mug I sent Sacred Suzie arrived safely, thank goodness. There's a picture of it on her blog if you want to see---- Plus, Suzie has many other incredible pictures and thoughts there, so it would definitely be worth a visit!
Yesterday was my first day in my own class since splitting from my team teacher, and it went well. Much more exhausting in a lot of ways, but already I feel I am making some connections with my students.

Phew! That mug was beauty full! What grade do you teach? My Gina finally got her own classroom this year after Subbing at least 7 years!!! Our teachers won't retire and when they do, they SUB!!! lol She is teaching 1st grade and has fallen in love with them all but is having fits with a set of parents! She's busy now getting them ready for their Valentine's Day party, decorating shoe boxes! I used to LOVE that party when I was in school! LOL Happy Week-end!!
