Christmas with the Bjerks

Lots of hot-tubbing and saunas. How wonderful to be able to just walk down the hallway for such treatment ---
Jessica wanted to try different hairstyles out on me, and of course I didn't object. I LOVE when somebody messes with my hair --- it feels so nice. Plus, now I have some new ideas --- there ARE more options besides the Ponytail. Cool.
Lots of family time. Hanging out and watching cable tv (a treat for us), playing video games, and talking.
During The Game on Christmas Eve (draw numbers and steal from each other...aka White Elephant), we all won these little X-mas animals. They can balance/sit upright. My favorite prize, however, was a set of measuring spoons and cups. (Wild, I know.)

It was wonderful to see everyone in Adam's family, and to be in a new/different place for awhile. No matter how much you love your home, I think it's so important to get some distance from time to time. So now we're back, and trying to get unpacked and cleaned up, and just enjoying the rest of Christmas break.
