You've Got To Be Kidding Me

It wasn't snowing AT ALL in Grand Forks, but about ten miles outside of Fosston we hit it and conditions only got worse. It's bad. Thank God we made it home safely, but we careened into our untouched driveway (there's got to be like a foot and a half of snow) and I don't know if we'll ever get the car out now. I really hope there's no school tomorrow...

We aren't jealous. It was rainy here today. I'm glad you got home safely, and I hope you do at least get a day off out of it.

Josh's mom and dad are stranded in Fergus Falls tonight. They left our house this afternoon heading for Grand Forks to visit some friends. They had checked the weather, but were certain it would be alright by the time they made it up that way. I'm just glad they (and you!!) are safe! I'm crossing my fingers that you won't have school tomorrow. :)

We were in I-Falls. I'm glad we left at 10:00 because there is no place along hwy 53 to go to for the first 50 miles. At 0__ we hit snow, and then, probably north of your house, we hit blinding snow. Our own driveway never looked so good. I think most people at the wedding got stuck in I-Falls, and maybe still stuck there until tomorrow noon. The storm warning has been extended. So I hope you get a snow day too!

Oh I am so glad that you made it home OK! I know exactly what that feels like, we had a snowstorm on Friday night. Perhaps it's just as well that we don't have a car yet with this absolutely insane winter weather in April.
