I am delighted. Call me a hypocrite (as my co-worker did), but when I saw three high school students coming to Me, with a bundle of flowers, I couldn't help but smile. The colors, the smells, the adorable card all brightened my mood. It was a genuine surprise since Adam and I had declared a "no Valentines" Valentine's Day, and I love [good] surprises. --- Now we are going to finish watching Sherrybaby (Maggie Gyllenhaal is spectacular in it) and then start Half Nelson, in which Ryan Gosling plays a teacher who is also very addicted to some serious drugs. He's up for Best Actor for it, so I'm interested to see this. In order to watch these movies, Adam and I have to get up very early in the morning, but---it's worth it for a little middle-of-the-week date.
Good night, everyone!
